Our wages are some of the most competitive in the region. Advancement to higher positions and increased pay are based on individual's performance. Each employee's performance is periodically reviewed by his or her supervisor. We regularly review our overall pay rates and adjust to reflect current market conditions.
Comprehensive medical coverage is provided to all full-time employees and their families through a company-sponsored health plan, or collective bargaining agreements. Holtmeier pays a portion of the base plan and there are also supplemental plans available at the employees’ expense. Those options include Dental, Vision, Group Term Life, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital and Whole Life. The collective bargaining benefits are subject to local and national bargaining agreements.
Holtmeier Construction provides retirement benefits to all eligible employees through company-sponsored 401(k) plans or collective bargaining agreements. Contributions to these plans are made on a pre-tax basis. Holtmeier Construction matches a percentage of the employee's contribution.
